Transient Voltage Suppressors

TVS Diodes (Transient Voltage Suppressors) are electronic components that protect sensitive electronics from high-voltage transients. They protect the circuits more efficiently due to shorter response time to overvoltage events in comparison with most other types of circuit protection devices. TVS Diodes can limit the voltage to a certain level by conducting large currents to ground which are usually generated by lightning strikes, load switch and electro-static discharge (ESD) etc.

With reverse standoff voltages ranging from 5V to 376V and power ratings from 200W to 6600W, TSC's TVS Diodes can be applied in a wide range of circuit protection applications , AEC-Q available. Both Axial lead and Surface-mount packages are available.

Zener Diode & Array

Zener diodes are a type of diode that limits voltage to the nominal maximal value and allow current to flow in opposite direction (backwards) due to Zener effect.

TSC provides over 1500 different Zener Diodes with Zener Voltage from 1.99V to 220V and max. power dissipation up to 5000 mW, AEC-Q available.
