Das taiwanesische Unternehmen PANJIT International Inc. stellt bereits seit 1986 Halbleiter-Bauelemente für die Industrie her. Heutzutage findet die Weiterentwicklung und Fertigung der eigenen Halbleiter-Produkte an mehreren Standorten in Asien statt: PANJIT besitzt je zwei eigene Front-End und Back-End Fabriken, jeweils eine in China und in Taiwan. Dort findet der komplette Fertigungsprozess von der Wafer Produktion bis hin zum Testing in der eigenen Fertigung statt.
Der Fokus von PANJIT liegt auf dem Automobil-, Industrie-, Energie- und Konsumgüterbereich. Als Besonderheit verfügt PANJIT über SiC-Schottky-Dioden (SiC = Siliciumcarbid) im Programm. PANJIT kann die branchenüblichen Zertifikate wie ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 und IATF 16949 vorweisen.

Schottky Diode
Schottky diodes are unipolar devices that have gained an increased importance in the medium power range, suitable for high switching frequency applications, for example as freewheeling diodes for MOSFETs.
Panjit's Schottky Diodes provide low forward voltage losses which can improve the power efficiency and low leakage current to improve the stability of the reliability.

- Panjit's Power Schottky: Schottky Rectifier with rating 1A and higher, which is used in switching rectification application in power products. High type Schottky provides low IR and provides extremely low reverse current, low power dissipation and can sustain higher voltage which prevents the thermal runaway problem during high operating temperature.

Rectifier & Bridge Rectifier
A Bridge rectifier is a type of full wave rectifier which uses four or more diodes in a bridge circuit configuration to efficiently convert AC current into DC current.
PANJIT provides various type of Rectifer including General Purpose, Fast recovery, Ultra Fast recovery and Super Fast Recovery Rectifer.
- Panjit's General Purpose Rectifiers (VRRM = 50 – 2000V , IO = 0.2 – 8A. ) can be generally applied to bridge rectification circuit and VCC rectifier circuit.

- Panjit's Fast Recovery Rectifiers (VRRM = 50 – 1000V , IO = 1 – 6A , TRR = 150 – 500ns) can be generally used in applications such as Snubber/VCC rectification.
