Wide range of aperture angles

Lextar offers a comprehensive repertoire of Fields of View (FoV) from 50° × 40° up to an impressive 135° × 105°. This variety offers enormous flexibility to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.
Choice of different output powers
Lextar's VCSEL products are designed to provide optimum and homogeneous light distribution. With outstanding efficiency and an exemplary long lifetime, they cover the typical power classes from 2W to 6.5W. They use 1-2 junction technologies, making them the ideal choice for applications in ToF cameras and automotive sensors. Eye-safe, AEC-Q102 certified versions are also available, which have been specially developed for use in safety-critical automotive applications.
