A decisive advantage of MOSFETs in this package is their compact design, which enables space savings of up to 20% compared to the conventional TO-263 package.
A look beneath the surface reveals the state-of-the-art clip-bond technology, which ensures low parasitic inductance and thus significantly improves EMI behavior. Shielded Gate Trench Technology (SGT) makes them perfect for high frequency switching and synchronous rectification applications, further emphasizing their versatility and performance.
The areas of application are diverse and range from brushless DC motors in e-bikesand power tools to industrial trucks, battery management, charging applications, power supplies and power storage. In short: wherever reliable power control in a small format is required, JSCJ's MOSFETs in TOLL package offer a suitable solution.
Jiangsu Changjing Electronics Co. Ltd, JSCJ for short, is a Chinese semiconductor manufacturer based in Nanjing. The IATF16949-certified, vertically fully integrated company designs manufactures and produces all products in-house. This makes JSCJ independent of external chip manufacturers and therefore a real alternative in critical supply situations.
The portfolio includes classic small signal diodes & transistors, power ICs, frequency components, power semiconductors (discrete & modules) and a steadily growing proportion of products that are qualified according to AEC-Q101.
