These gate driver ICs are developed for a variety of applications and are adaptable to different power devices due to insulation withstand voltage up to 8000V, drive current up to ±15A and supporting gate driver requirements for power devices with withstand voltage up to 1700V.

The portfolio of gate driver ICs include isolated driver ICs, bootstrap bridge driver ICs and low-side driver ICs.

The isolated gate driver ICs for instance include single-channel isolated driver ICs, dual-channel isolated driver ICs and single-channel intelligent driver ICs with short-circuit detection which can be adapted to the gate driver of power devices with withstand voltage up to 1700V.

BASiC Semiconductor's low-side driver ICs can be widely used for low-side power device gate drive in PFC, DC/DC, synchronous rectification, flyback, or for driving primary side in transformer isolated gate drives. It can be applied to systems with rated power from hundreds of watts to tens of kilowatts.
