What are EEPROMs?

EEPROMs (electrically erasable programmable read-only memory) are usually used to store small amounts of data in electrical circuits.

Possible applications

Thanks to their robust properties, LR24** EEPROMs are ideal for industrial applications such as frequency converters, servo motor controllers and microcontrollers. These memory chips are also frequently used in high-quality consumer electronics and household appliances such as air conditioning systems, washing machines and refrigerators. The LR24** Series EEPROMs also open up new possibilities in the world of intelligent building technologies and telecommunications.

About LRC

Leshan Radio Company (LRC) can look back on over 50 years of success. The company was founded in 1971 in the city of Leshan, south of Chengdu in the Chinese province of Sichuan. In 1995, LRC and Motorola (today: OnSemi) established a joint venture called Leshan Phoenix Semiconductor (LPS) for the production of discrete semiconductors. In 2011, LRC expanded its own production capacity by setting up a new plant: Chengdu Advanced Power Semiconductor (APS). LRC thus achieved the world's TOP ranking in terms of production capacity.

LRC offers all necessary certifications such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and has already been able to convince and win over many European customers in close cooperation with BECK.

LRC's product range is broad in the field of discrete semiconductors and includes diodes, MOSFETs and IGBTs as well as a variety of ICs. From wafer design to the production of components, LRC covers the entire semiconductor know-how.
