BYG2x Avalanche Rectifiers for Automotive

TSC has recently added BYG21M (1.5A, 1000V, Fast Recovery) to its portfolio of avalanche surface mount rectifiers.

All BYG2x devices come in a halogen-free SMA package with AEC-Q qualified versions available for automotive applications.

Applications: free-wheeling, clamping, snubber, demagnetization in power supplies and other power switching application.
