AEC-Q Qualified Product for automotive applications

Taiwan Semiconductor is offering a full range of AEC-Q qualified rectifiers in axial and SMD packages for automotive applications.

The AEC-Q qualified rectifier families include standard, fast, super fast, ultra fast, high efficient, Schottky, Zener and TVS.

In addition, TSC is also offering bridge rectifiers with AEC-Q qualification for applications such as on-board charging units for e-car.

The AEC-Q qualified bridge rectifiers offer maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) from 40V to 1400V in standard, fast, super fast, high efficient, and Schottky families.
