1000 V High Voltage Planar N-Channel MOSFETs

Taiwan Semiconductor is introducing the TSMxN100CP family of 1000 V power MOSFETs produced using TSC’s planar DMOS technology.

The high breakdown voltage of the TSMxN100CP family allows use in poly-phase universal AC input voltage applications.

The RoHS compliant and Halogen free TO-252 (DPAK) is a thermally efficient and reliable package for space constrained power switching applications.
